PROOF OF VACCINATION NO LONGER REQUIRED TO ATTEND RESTAURANTS, GYMS AND ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES
 
Individuals are able to dine at restaurants, visit the gym and visit places of entertainment without showing proof of vaccination. This is part of a slew of new regulations which took effect on Monday, March 14, as COVID-19 infections continue to decline. The Central Board of Health says the new regulations also remove the mask mandate in public places, but individuals may wear masks for their own protection in any crowded place. The requirement for fortnightly testing for unvaccinated public sector employees has also been removed.
However, business owners and service providers are still required to ensure their employees and customers wash or sanitize their hands prior to entering the office or establishment and observe physical distancing protocols of six feet at the check-out or while seated in any waiting area.
