PUBLIC UTILITIES MINISTER REACTS TO PUBLIC FURORE OVER APUA’S RECENT BILLS

Public Utilities Minister Hon. Melford Nicholas says he regrets the public angst caused by higher bills from the Antigua Public Utilities Authority because they covered a longer billing cycle.

He says normality will return in the upcoming billing cycles.
