Randy Baltimore Resigns from Antigua and Barbuda Customs & Excise Division

Principal Inspector of Customs Randy Baltimore has resigned from the Antigua and Barbuda Customs & Excise Division, effective February 20, 2026.

In a statement, Baltimore described the move as a difficult but necessary step, expressing gratitude for his years of service and support from colleagues and residents of St. Philip’s North. He says he now intends to focus on serving the constituency in a new capacity
