RASDOLVON PHILLIPS CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH SHOOTING

Police have charged 32 year old Rasdolvon Phillips, also called ‘Shatta Ratta’ of Martin’s Village, in connection with the shooting incident in the community on Monday. He will answer to charges of shooting with intent to murder, Possession of a .45 pistol and possession of 5 rounds of .45 ammunition.

Police allege that Phillips shot 19 year old Devonte Harris during an altercation just outside a bar in the area about 7pm. Harris remains in serious condition in hospital, after he was shot in the abdomen.
