Re-registration Process begins.

The power to cast a ballot is one of the most powerful weapons available to residents and citizens in a democratic society. As the twin island state gear up for the 2014 General Elections, the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has begun its part to ensure that the process is indeed free and fair with the beginning the new voter registration process on Monday.
