REACTIONS TO SUGGESTION FOR BOOT CAMP

The government has received support for its suggestion to establish a boot camp for students who are punished for bullying their peers.
We sought reactions from Public Relations Officer for the Halo Foundation, Cuthbert Forbes Jnr.

He believes once the children don’t lose access to a formal education; there will still be hope for them to be reformed.
