RELIEF FOR LEEWARDS, PERIL FOR WINDWARDS AS TROPICAL STORM BRET CHANGES TRACK

There is favourable news for Antigua and Barbuda regarding the forecast track and intensity of Tropical Storm Bret.
Meteorologist Letitia Humphreys says the cyclone is no longer expected to strengthen into a hurricane and is forecast to pass over 200 miles to the south of Antigua and Barbuda.
However, residents in the twin island state and the rest of the Leeward Islands are still being asked to monitor the storm as it churns toward the Eastern Caribbean.
