RESIDENTS URGED TO BE ON ALERT AS TROPICAL STORM BRET HEADS TO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN

Tropical Storm Bret is churning toward the North Eastern Caribbean, with forecasters urging all in the Leeward Islands to be on alert.
It is forecast to become a hurricane by later this week, before impacting the Eastern Caribbean archipelago.
Meteorologist Cecil Matthew says there are uncertainties with the forecast track at this point, as forecasters consider several variables.
