RICHARD LEWIS CHARGED FOR MURDER OF JACE MERRICK

Police have confirmed they have charged 31 year old Richard Lewis of Willikies for the murder of his fellow villager, 39 year old Jace Merrick. Lewis was charged by sleuths Thursday afternoon and is expected to make his first appearance in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

Police accuse the 31 year old of the fatal stabbing of Merrick during a dispute Tuesday evening. The incident sent shockwaves across the village and the nation.
