ROTARY FAMILY LAUNCHES CAMPAIGNS
The Rotary Family has collaborated along with other partners to promote healthier living among children.
The Medical Benefits Scheme, Health Ministry and the local Olympics Association are among those in on the effort.
President of Rotary Club Sundown Julian Wilkins says a project will work to ensure more children drink more water.
Meanwhile, another project will combat childhood obesity through education and promoting sports.
Director of Education Clare Browne says the move is welcomed.
This programme will run for one term starting in September.
Cedar Grove, Sea View Farm, Villa, SR Olivera David, Mary E Pigott and Jennings Primary schools will benefit from the initiatives.
