Ruez and Sweet Melody Crowned the 2025 UWI FIC Calypso Monarchs

Ruez and Sweet Melody have been crowned the 2025 UWI FIC Calypso Monarchs, in the 13 – 19 and 5 – 12 Categories respectively.

Ruez and Sweet Melody were both judged best stage performers in their age groups. Sweet Melody was also judged best new artist in 5 – 12.

They both walk away with cash prizes of $2,100.
