SENATE PASSES LEGISLATION IMPOSING CURFEW ON MINORS

The 10:00pm to 6:00am curfew for minors is closer to becoming law, after it was passed by the Senate on Monday.

It is part of amendments to the Small Charges Bill 2024, which seeks to clamp down on loitering by children.

Parents could be fined up to XCD$5,000.00 if their children breach this legislative provision.
