Senator Mansoor sticks to Mandate that No Child will be left behind

Minister responsible for Telecommunications, Science and Technology Senator Edmond Mansoor says Government is sticking to the Ministry of Education’s mandate which states no child will be left behind.

Mansoor during his debate in the Senate on Monday says Government has advanced plans to develop a new HEART Center, expected to benefit persons with disabilities in Antigua and Barbuda.

The Senator discloses that the Heart Center will encompass instruction rooms, theory rooms, a brail room, staff rooms and other areas that will benefit persons with disabilities.
