Nine people were rushed to hospital mid-afternoon after being mowed down by a minivan in St John’s.

A major investigation is underway this evening into the crash in the bustling heart of commerce on Market Street.

ABS’s Terry Andrew was on the scene minutes after the harrowing incident.
