Several Squatters Remain After Notice Was Given For Removal Back in 2013

After being given until mid February 2013 to make alternate arrangements to relocate, there are still several squatters in the Perry Bay area.

Development Control Authority Chairman the Hon. Dean Jonas says he is not in favour of just throwing people off of the land.

Jonas notes that the situation has to be addressed across the board but has to be done in a responsible way.

In this regard, the DCA Chairman highlights government’s plans to remedy the situation.
