SIR MOLWYN JOSEPH PRESIDES OVER INAUGURATION OF NEW PAHO DIRECTOR

Dr Jarbas Barbosa has been sworn in as the new director of the Pan American Health Organisation, PAHO.
Antigua and Barbuda’s Health Minister, Sir Molwyn Joseph presided over the ceremony in Washington D.C., in his capacity as vice president of the 30th Pan American Sanitary Conference.
