Spencer on job opportunities

Despite a grim forecast for employment in government institutions for the recent Cuban graduates, Prime Minister, Baldwin Spencer has assured the professionals that opportunities and synergies will be created to ensure that their skills are being utilized.

The nation’s leader was speaking at the 2013 graduation ceremony for Cuban University graduates. Currently, over one hundred and Fifty (150) Antiguan and Barbudan students are studying in Cuba. Fifteen will begin their educational journey shortly.
