SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS MURAL UNVEILED

In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the United Nations (UN80), a colourful mural is now displayed prominently outside the Antigua Recreation Grounds (ARG) on Independence Avenue.

Foreign Affairs Minister, Hon. E.P. Chet Greene, in his remarks, referred to the mural as “a message of hope”.  The display was conceptualized by Kelly Hull and painted by Vincent Pryce.

It is meant to inspire the next generation, calling attention to the urgent need to accomplish the Sustainable Development Goals, which are due to be delivered by 2030.
