TAXI OPERATORS GET INCREASE RATE FOR TOURS AFTER 18-YEAR WAIT

Drivers affiliated with the St Johns Taxi Association have received a 20 per cent rate increase for pre-booked tours.
It follows fruitful negotiations with the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association, FCCA.
Tourism Minister, Hon. Charles Fernandez shared the news last week, revealing that service ambassadors had the opportunity to engage in direct talks with FCCA officials.
Secretary of the Association, Leroy Jno Baptiste explains that the talks have been ongoing for close to two decades.
