The Country’s Newest National Hero Attributes Success To Supporters

The country’s newest national hero, Sir Lester Bird, attributes his success to the people of St. John’s Rural East, for investing their confidence in him to represent them for nine elections.

He made the observation on Thursday as the House of Representatives paused to congratulate him on his elevation to the nation’s highest honour.
