The Disabilities Association Anticipates Major Improvements For Its Community Following The Passage Of Special Needs Legislation

The passage of the Disabilities Act last year is expected to aid significantly in advancing the interests of the differently-abled in 2018 and beyond.

That’s according to President of the Antigua & Barbuda Association for Persons with Disabilities Bernard Warner.

He identified ways in which the legislation will help persons with special needs.
