The minister, instead of using a motor vehicle, led a small cycling group to the grounds of the Department of Environment, where the World Environment Day launch was being held.

As he took the podium, Minister Joseph discussed steps the government is taking to give strength to the signing of the Paris Agreement.

It is therefore important, according to the minister, to advance the stewardship roles and responsibilities for our home, the earth. He says one cannot think of the earth as something distant from us, but rather, that we’re all a part of it.
