The Ministry Of Environment Begins A Massive Distribution Of Reusable Bags To Shops And Community Supermarkets Islandwide

The Ministry of Health and the Environment has moved its ban on plastics to yet another level and is now criss-crossing this nation in a massive distribution of reusable bags.

On Monday and Tuesday, Technicians from the Ministry of Health and the Environment spread across the island distributing dozens of boxes to a number of grocery stores, shops and outlets.

Communities in the St. John’s area are slated to receive the environmentally-friendly bags today.
