The new Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission Nathaniel ‘Paddy’ James is impressing on the government to move early in ensuring that the Boundaries Commission completes its work.
General Elections are not constitutionally due until another four years, but James says if changes are to be made to the boundaries, the commission needs to know well in advance.
