The Opening Of The VC Bird International Airport Delayed By A Month

The scheduled opening of the new terminal at the V.C. Bird International Airport could be delayed by one month.

According to government’s Chief of Staff Lionel “Max” Hurst, the plan was to open the facility before the end of July.

He notes that with a larger terminal comes more activity and an increase in safety concerns and the government will ensure a sufficient number of the correct fire tenders for the airport.
