TSUNAMI DRILL HELD IN ST. JOHN’S RURAL WEST

There was a stir in St John’s Rural West today, as the authorities carried out an exercise to prepare, just in case a tsunami strikes.
A tsunami is a series of enormous ocean waves caused mostly by earthquakes and underwater landslides, and the National Office of Disaster Services wants to make sure people are clear on what to do if one were to affect Antigua.
