UN ADOPTS GLOBAL INDEX SPEARHEADED BY ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

The Multi-dimensional Vulnerability Index (MVI) has been formally adopted by the United Nations.
It is a major milestone in Antigua and Barbuda’s advocacy for vulnerable states around the world, since it gives them a fairer way to access development financing.
Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne co-chaired the United Nations High-level Panel which created the index.
