UPDATE: LATEST MURDER VICTIM HAD CHOP AND GUNSHOT WOUNDS

Police are now probing the circumstances which led to the country’s eighth murder since the start of the year. The victim is 39 year old Lloyd Lewis, who was found face-down in a pool of blood in his home at Bottom Village, All Saints Saturday morning.

Investigators say Lewis had multiple chop wounds to the head and a gunshot wound to the upper body. Police at the All Saints station received a call at around 7:45 this morning that the man had been found unresponsive in his home. He was later pronounced dead.
