Some 45 Antiguan students currently in Jamaica will be coming home via LIAT tomorrow.
Initially, the students were to have returned home today, but the airline’s Corporate Communications Manager says a change had to be made in the schedule.

Shavar Maloney also provides more information regarding logistics of the flight.
The company will be operating an ATR72 600 which is a 68 seater aircraft.
He says each leg of the flight usually lasts four and a half hours and the students should arrive in Antigua at about 5:30pm barring any unforeseen occurrences.
He assures every effort has been made to provide adequate staffing for the flight.

Maloney also says passengers and crew will wear masks and the aircraft will be sanitized before leaving VC Bird International and again before departing from Norman Manley International in Kingston.
Education Minister Hon. Michael Browne has previously indicated the students will be quarantined for the routine 14 days upon their return.
