US VICE PRESIDENT ASSURES CARIBBEAN LEADERS OF CLIMATE ACTION

US Vice President Kamala Harris has assured that Washington is giving attention to concerns over climate change, which she acknowledged as an existential threat.
She gave the assurance while addressing Caribbean leaders on the final day of the Summit of the Americas on Friday.
Harris, the first woman to hold the post of US Vice President, is the daughter of immigrants; a Jamaican father and Indian mother.
