Villa Man Charged With Multiple Counts of Larceny and Receiving
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Wednesday, 24 September 2025
Police have arrested and charged Brandon Murphy of Villa in connection with several larcenies and receiving stolen property valued at more than $44,000.
The offences occurred between August and September 2025 at Friars Hill Road and Villa, where Murphy allegedly stole several household appliances, including six (6) Deep Freezers, one (1) Power Wash, Twenty (20) 5-Gallon paints, One (1) Generator, several pieces of power tools, and other household items from a storage facility.
The accused is expected to appear before the Court to answer to the charges.
The Police are urging anyone with information that may assist further investigations to contact the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 462-3913 or call Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).
