Willock Gets HAPI Home

Christmas came early in Parham for Claudette Willock, whose home was destroyed by fire on January 23, 2023. After months of hardship, Claudette’s eyes brimmed with tears of joy as she received the keys to her rebuilt home.

She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the members of the HAPI Programme, representatives from the Social Protection Board, and Minister of Social and Urban Development Rawdon Turner for making the restoration possible. In her remarks, she thanked Minister Turner, who also serves as her constituency representative, for “promises kept.”

To mark the occasion, a breadfruit tree was planted in the front yard, symbolizing growth, renewal, and continued prosperity for the family.
