WORKS MINISTRY LAUNCHES NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY SURVEY
A study geared at curbing the number of accidents and traffic violations has been launched in Antigua.
The Socially Inclusive Road Safety Survey is being spearheaded by the Ministry of Works.
PRO of the Project Implementation Management Unit Shawn Thomas says the data collected from the survey will be used to guide policy decisions in traffic management and road use.
The survey which opens today and closes March 1can be accessed via the Ministry of Works’ Facebook page or by visiting www.ab.gov.ag. Thomas assures the survey entries will be completely confidential.
The end goal he says is to reduce the number of road fatalities.
