‘You Need To Step Up’ – PM Browne Makes Direct Appeal To Judiciary Over Gun Crime Sentences

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has made an impassioned call to members of the judiciary in the region to ensure those convicted of gun crimes are “put away for a long time.”

The head of government was speaking to ABS News in Villa on Thursday, on the heels of the murder of two teenagers by unknown assailants.

Prime Minister Browne insists the judiciary must “step up” and questioned how some convicts for gun crimes are being sentenced to 18 months.
