“HE HAS A LONG WAY TO GO” – PM BROWNE CHIDES OPPOSITION LEADER FOR THRONE SPEECH RESPONSE

Prime Minister, Hon. Gaston Browne says Opposition Leader, the Hon. Jamale Pringle is “still learning”, as the head of government responded to comments from Mr Pringle about the Throne Speech. The Opposition Leader said he wanted to hear more from Monday’s Throne Speech about the Government’s response to inflation and water distribution. However, the Prime Minister says the Throne Speech had depth and breadth in providing an overall look at plans and policies for the legislative year. He also says Mr Pringle has “a long way to go” and is not surprised that he made such a “shallow statement.”
