FORCED SALE OF SANCTIONED SUPERYACHT COULD BE IMMINENT – GOVERNMENT

The Government has announced it will begin the process which is likely to result in the forced sale of the luxury yacht Alfa Nero, that has been in Antiguan and Barbudan waters for over a year.
The vessel is currently under sanctions by the United States, in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
