POLICE ISSUE ADVISORY TO MOTORISTS FOR CARNIVAL LAUNCH

The police’s traffic department is notifying motorists about arrangements in place for this Saturday’s launch of Carnival 2023.
Superintendent Elson Quammie is warning that vehicles found to be parked along the carnival parade route, will be removed.
The event will feature a t-shirt mas activity, taking revelers through the streets of St John’s, after departing the Rising Sun Grounds.
