ATTORNEY GENERAL SAYS ONLY CABINET CAN GIVE GREENLIGHT FOR COMMISSION OF INQUIRY
The Government says there is no need for what it argues would be an expensive commission of inquiry into the Antigua Airways saga, and neither does the Governor General have the authority to establish one.
Attorney General, Hon. Steadroy Benjamin spoke with ABS News on the matter on Friday, saying he is confident the Government would be vindicated in court, if the case were to head there.
