HIV/AIDS Program Aims At Reducing New Infects During Carnival
The National HIV/AIDS Program network will be embarking on a strategy aimed at reducing the number of people prone to becoming infected by the virus, as a result of what is being described as promiscuous behavior during festivals such as the upcoming carnival.
Antigua’s Carnival officially begins on July 26 and the Carnival Campaign Strategy is deemed critical as the county has recorded an increase in the number of new infects.
