Health officials here are preparing for phase two of Mission Miracle Antigua … It’s the Venezuelan social programme that provides free eye care to those in need from across Latin America.

Through a special arrangement for Antigua & Barbuda, the country is able to benefit. The agreement was signed in March during the Venezuelan foreign minister’s last visit to Antigua.
