Head of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force Coast Guard, Lieutenant Commander Dorian Davis is urging beach-goers and others to exercise caution this holiday weekend.
His warning comes on the heels of the tragic drowning of a Canadian citizen at Devil’s Bridge Saturday morning.
