APUA WATER DIVISION REPORTS INCREASE D WATER PRODUCTION AT CRABBS PLANT
The Crabbs reverse osmosis plant is now producing 800 thousand more gallons of water, since the refurbished number five unit has been returned to service.
With six online units, the utility says the plant is producing four million imperial gallons daily.
APUA says customers in the area will immediately see improved distribution frequency and increased water pressure.
Additionally, the APUA Water Business Unit has commissioned two storage tanks at the Fort James RO plant.
The tanks store up to 700 thousand imperial gallons and will help increase the frequency of supply to residents in that area.
