CALVIN AYRE FOUNDATION MAKES MAJOR DONATION TO ‘PLAYING TO INSPIRE’

The Calvin Ayre Foundation is now in its second year of sponsoring ‘Playing to Inspire’, the annual music festival featuring the Antigua Barbuda Youth Symphony Orchestra, alongside the legendary Kanneh Mason family.

As platinum sponsors this year, the foundation has donated XCD$101,250.00 toward ABYSO’s continued path of musical excellence.

The event will be held on Saturday, March 9 at the St John’s Pentecostal House of Restoration Ministries, beginning at 7:00pm.

Also being featured are the world renowned Kanneh masons, Grammy award-winning American Mezzo-soprano J’nai Bridges and musicians from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, alongside the Jersey Music Service from the Channel Islands.

The event is under the distinguished patronage of Their Excellencies, Governor General Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams.
