Chairman of The Board of Education Expresses Satisfaction
St. John’s, Antigua – The Board of Education has been singled out for the major role it played in advancing work on the National Public Library.
Chairman, Heather Mannix, while expressing satisfaction at the board’s affiliation in the construction phase of the facility, says it was not an easy undertaking.
