Jurors heard chilling details on Monday of the killing of Wendy Jane Finch.

Day three of the murder trial delivered a dramatic turn, as the court heard a police interview in which the accused, Brittany Jno-Baptiste described the fatal confrontation.

    “The driver propositioned her” The driver, in his testimony, never included this. He’s probably lying by omission, because it makes him look bad. Later Baptiste says she found herself “outside by a fence” yet there is no fence around Jane Finches home. Both these people have already lied.
