Deep Water Harbour Provides safe berthing
Destination Antigua and Barbuda has once again been able to provide assistance to a cruise vessel allowing it to call here unexpectedly as a result of poor weather conditions in St. Maarten.
President of the Antigua and Barbuda Cruise Tourism Association, Nathan Dundas, says he is pleased that the destination is in a position to provide safe berthing for the Seven Seas Navigator cruise line.
The Cruise Tourism Association president believes that capitalizing on such opportunities seeks to benefit local traders and other stakeholders in the industry and speaks of how such benefits are measured.
The other cruise ships in port yesterday were the Seaborne Spirit and Seaborne Pride, docked at the Nevis Street Pier while the Celebrity Summit and Seven Seas Navigator are docked at Heritage Quay.
