DR DAVID DORSETT REACTS TO RULING ON ANTI-SODOMY LAW

There have been more reactions to the High Court’s ruling on Tuesday that the law which criminalizes buggery or anal sex is unconstitutional.
The government’s lead attorney in the matter, Dr David Dorsett is making it clear that while the court ruling means sodomy is no longer criminal between consenting adults, the court did not exercise a moral judgement.
