FRONTIER AIRLINES TO RESUME DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM ORLANDO
Frontier Airlines will be back at the VC Bird International Airport within 6 months.
A release from the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority says the low-fare carrier will operate direct flights from Orlando, Florida from November 4 this year through March 30, next year.
The ABTA says this is the only non-stop flight option between the two destinations and strengthens Antigua and Barbuda’s position in the Florida market.
Frontier suspended service September 5 last year, citing challenges including route adjustments due to crew shortages.
Tourism Minister, Hon. Charles Fernandez is delighted with the looming resumption of service by frontier.
