GOVERNMENT HOPEFUL RECENT MEETING WITH US OFFICIALS WILL SHORE UP SUPPORT FOR CIP
The Government is hopeful recent talks with the United States, will help Citizenship by Investment Programmes in the sub-region to survive intense scrutiny from countries in the advanced world.
Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne and the four other sub-regional heads of government whose countries operate CIPs, agreed to key measures with the US representatives.
An update on those discussions was provided by Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister’s Office, Ambassador Lionel Hurst, at Thursday’s post-cabinet media briefing.
