GOVERNMENT OUTLINES CONTINUING EFFORTS TO BOLSTER SECURITY IN SCHOOLS

At least one school has so far been fitted with surveillance cameras as part of a pilot project, while lighting is being improved on the compound of other institutions.
Director of Education, Clare Browne says these are among the latest efforts by the Government to bolster school security.
